We provide a curated curriculum led by Forbes 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 leaders, focused on the digital fluency, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking essential for your sectors.
With personalized mentorship, a $3,000 stipend, and guaranteed internship placements, this program cultivates talent primed for long-term success within your organization. By investing in these high-potential individuals, your organization gains access to a pipeline of pre-trained, highly motivated Gen Z professionals ready to make immediate and lasting contributions.

Fundraiser: January 4th - April 30th, 2025
Application Period: March 25th - May 2025

Program Overview
8 Class Program
This intense program will give 30 students virtual courses designed to educate career growth, social networking, leadership development, industry insights, and technology & AI. Students receieve case studies to accomplish.
Forbes 30 Under 30 Instructers
Courses will be led by Forbes 30 Under 30, Forbes 40 Under 40, and industry professionals who have worked at companies such as NBCUniversal, Goldman Sachs, Vogue, Walton Isaacson, Target, AT&T, Pepsi Co, Google, Tiktok, many more.
Top Talent for Companies
Project 30-30-30 develops Talent for company partners to have first pick of. Participation as a company can be from offering internships and/or sponsoring.
Paid Internship Placement
Students will get placed into internships at the end of the program. The internships will very from hybrid, remote, part-time to full-time.

About the Founder
About Tinashe
Inspired by being named Forbes 30 Under 30 Class 2025 in marketing & advertising 30 days before turning 30, founder Tinashe Chaponda (founder of Sosani Studios and co-founder of Sosani Consulting Group) was inspired to launch the Project 30-30-30 incubator for the future Gen Z business leaders and change-makers of tomorrow. While in college in 2013 - 2018, Tinashe was able to intern at Bronson Healthcare, Stryker Medical, then Goldman Sachs in NYC where he received a return offer.
Tinashe’s Personal Internship Experience and Supporting Others Getting Placed
Chaponda has interned at Bronson Hospital, Stryker Medical and Goldman Sachs. Past students who have interned with Chaponda’s agency, Sosani Studios, have ended up working at top companies, including Google, Eletronics Arts (EA, NBA 2k), Microsoft, and many more.
